DIFLUCAN® ONE is intended for oral use in the treatment of vaginal candidiasis. Do not use fluconazole in the preceding five days. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to fluconazole, or if you are taking any other medicines. Tell your doctor if you are taking cyclosporine, e.g. isosorbide dinitrate, or isosporin, or warfarin. Tell your doctor if you are taking, which is an antifungal drug that kills certain fungus or yeast while sparing its growth. These medicines such as ketoconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, and voriconazole may be used with fluconazole for the treatment of vaginal candidiasis; however, they may not be as effective if used with fluconazole for the treatment of oropharyngeal and esophageal candidiasis.

Precautions
